As president I bring a wealth of appraisal experience to Raymond D. Hilson Associates.  After entering the real estate appraisal profession in 1982, I earned the Appraisal Institute's SRA (Senior Residential Appraiser) designation in 1986; served as a member of the Appraisal Institute Ethics Committee in 1992 and 1993; and have on many occasions testified in court for banks, individuals and financial institutions.

My appraisal experience also includes valuation of multi-million dollar homes and estates, residential subdivisions, multi-family dwellings, condominiums and new construction in Fairfield County.
